I built Fursa as a production AI and data system spanning job intelligence, search, recruiting workflows, and AI agents.
The interesting part was rarely "using AI". It was deciding where AI belonged in the system.

Background
How I got here.
Before Fursa, I founded Polynomial Studio, where I built and tested new technology products. Earlier, I led an early-stage technology company as General Manager and advised companies and investors on strategy, technology, and new business models.
I started my career at Emaar, where I helped build its digital innovation function before moving into corporate strategy across international growth, diversification, technology, and new businesses.
I studied engineering at IIT Bombay and business at IIM Ahmedabad.
